There is no time better than NOW to get started on your fitness journey. To get to your goal, it’s going to take a lot of time, patience, diligence, hard work, commitment, dedication, etc, so why not get on it? Don’t wait until you have a health scare or mental breakdown from your self image. Fitness has no age requirement, or really any requirements at all. All that you need is a positive mindset and a desire to achieve. You can do it, and all you need to do is set your mind to it. Nothing is standing in your way except for you, so go out there and kick some butt!

My name is Hannah Lehrfeld and I am a 17 year old student who is highly motivated in both academics and fitness. When I was 13, I began my fitness journey because I was insecure about my appearance. I wanted to lose weight, but I also wanted to make sure that it was the right kind of weight. Today, I’m proud, confident, and passionate about what I have done—and continue to do—for my health. I strive to inspire other teens as well as adults around the world to begin their fitness journeys now because it's never too early or too late to reach for your goals.
